Sussex Opera and Ballet Society
Sussex Opera and Ballet Society (SOBS) has its roots in Glyndebourne.
Joan Liddle, the Workers’ Educational Society Organiser for East Sussex,
arranged lectures about the operas being performed at Glyndebourne and they were held in the Opera House’s Organ Room
by the kind invitation of its founder, John Christie. This led to the formation of SOBS in 1974.
They called on Cherry Pit Solutions to redesign their site and give them a new up-to-date look.
Sussex Opera and Ballet Society were fortunate to have been recommended Chris Ball to redesign its website.
Chris has provided the Society with a modern looking site and has shown admirable patience with those of us who are unfamiliar with the techniques of web management.
He is also very approachable and personable.
